INVITATION TO BID: PIZZA PRODUCTS

Post Falls School District No. 273 is soliciting proposals for pizza products for the 2026-2027 school year. The district is looking for a vendor to provide whole grain pizza products, including cheese, pepperoni, and one-topping pizzas. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the pizzas to the district's schools, including Post Falls High School, Post Falls Middle School, River City Middle School, and New Vision High School. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with price and other factors considered. • The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to 3 additional one-year terms. • The vendor must provide nutritional specifications for the pizza products, including total calories, fat content, and other nutrients. • The vendor must deliver the pizzas to the district's schools on a daily basis, with approximately 20 pizzas per day at each secondary school. • The vendor must agree to the district's payment schedule, with payments made within 30 days of receipt of an invoice.
