The Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking bids for the purchase of Ductile Iron Pipe and Gaskets 2025. Interested vendors must submit bids by May 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The bid opening will be held via conference call. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. • The bid is not for a public works project and is not subject to Oregon prevailing wage requirements or Federal Davis-Bacon Act requirements. • Bidders need not be licensed under ORS 468A.720 (regarding licensing of contractors on projects involving asbestos abatement). • The District reserves the right to waive informalities and to award a Contract to the qualified lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
