The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to paint and coat the North Ohio Overpass and associated structures using high‑performance Tnemec epoxy and fluoropolymer systems. The scope includes surface preparation (high‑pressure blasting to SSPC/NACE standards), application of specified primers and finishes on bridge fencing, integrated lights, light poles, concrete barriers, and a railroad rail, plus removal and disposal of non‑lead paint residues.
