Boiler Preventative Maintenance, Inspections and Repair Services

The County College of Morris is seeking contractors to provide ongoing boiler preventive maintenance, inspection, and repair services across its campus. The scope covers routine maintenance, safety inspections, and corrective repairs for all boiler equipment, explicitly excluding any work on Daikin‑brand boiler units. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this addendum; failure to do so will be deemed as acknowledgment. No new work items or budget changes are introduced. • Excludes Daikin boiler units – only non‑Daikin boiler systems are in scope. • Services include scheduled preventive maintenance, compliance inspections, and ad‑hoc repairs. • Contractors must sign off that they have received and reviewed the addendum; non‑acknowledgment does not invalidate proposals.
