Description
The Town of Needham is seeking sealed bids to supply and deliver #2 heating oil for municipal use. The bid package became available on September 10, 2026 and must be submitted by October 2, 2026. Questions are due by September 22, 2026. The contract is expected to run from November 2, 2026 through November 1, 2027 (with a possible extension to two years). No bid bond, performance bond, or payment bond is required. Payment terms are net 30 days with possible discount options. The town will award the contract around October 16, 2026.
