Mud Mountain Dam Janitorial Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide non-personal janitorial services at the Mud Mountain Dam Project office and its designated properties. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the facilities in a clean, neat, and professional condition, with an expected time commitment of 3 hours per week on Fridays from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly janitorial tasks. • The contract will be a total Small Business set-aside. • The Government will not supervise contract service providers. • The Contractor is solely responsible for its personnel and for performance outcomes as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contract will be solicited directly from suppliers in accordance with RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). • Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible quoter, whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation.
