HVAC Parts, Supplies, and Filters

The State of Washington’s Department of Enterprise Services is issuing an RFI to collect market feedback on HVAC parts, equipment, supplies, and filters. The solicitation seeks vendors who can supply a broad range of HVAC components—including compressors, motors, electrical controls, coils, belts, and consumable supplies—as well as a full spectrum of air‑filter products (pleated, cartridge, HEPA, bag, carbon, etc.) that meet ASHRAE, UL, and other regulatory standards. Responses will help shape a future procurement contract estimated at $2 million. • Required product categories: HVAC replacement parts, consumables, and a wide variety of air‑filters. • Mandatory technical compliance: OEM or OEM‑equivalent parts with warranties, EPA Section 608, UL listings, RoHS compliance, and Energy Star/Title 20 for heating equipment. • Vendor must indicate coverage of listed “essential manufacturers” and provide all‑inclusive pricing, discount structures, delivery programs, and filter disposal/recycling options.
