Russell Food and Dirksen Ground & Hart Food and Related Services

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking a contractor to provide food and related services to the United States Senate. The contractor will be responsible for operating cafes, catering, coffee shops, convenience stores, and vending services on the Senate side of Capitol Hill. The contract will include two contracts: Russell Food and Dirksen Ground & Hart Food and Related Services. The contractor must provide high-quality food services, maintain a clean and sanitary environment, and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor will also be responsible for providing technology solutions, including a point-of-sale system and online ordering capabilities. • The contractor must provide food services to the Dirksen/Hart Senate Office Building Units and its accompanying dining facilities. • The contractor must maintain continuity of services, without interruption, throughout the entire term of the contract. • The contractor must adhere to the AOC's sustainability programs and environmental initiatives. • The contractor must provide a high-quality, convenient coffee and beverage service experience that enhances the daily routine of members, staff, and visitors. • The contractor must ensure that all food offerings are available from the exact opening times to the exact closing times. • The contractor must provide a variety of prepared food items that are ready to eat, in addition to its normal food services.
