The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is seeking bids for the sale of a 2-acre county-owned property on Woodbine Road in Pace, Florida. The property is located on the west side of Woodbine Road, approximately 750 feet north of U.S. Highway 90, and has approximately 396 feet of frontage by 220 feet of depth. The current use of the property is undeveloped land, and it is zoned for highway commercial use. The property has been graded and filled, and public water, sewer, electric, cable, and telephone services are available. • The property includes a dominant stormwater easement allowing stormwater runoff to discharge into an offsite, County-owned retention pond. • The property has an ingress/egress easement along the northwest boundary for County maintenance purposes. • The property has an access easement benefiting the property along the southeast boundary. • The contractor shall provide a bid price based on the plans and specifications. • The unit prices provided by the contractor in the bid tab are for informational purposes only and will be used for change orders and progress payments.
