Furnish Refuse Collection Services for Island of Maui Facilities

The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, is seeking bids for refuse collection services for small boat harbors and boat ramp facilities on the island of Maui. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, transportation, equipment, and refuse containers necessary to collect and dispose of refuse from designated areas. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to three additional years. The contractor must have a permanent office location on Maui and be able to provide proof of compliance with all applicable state and federal statutes.
