The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services at WA038 in Tumwater, WA. The contractor will be responsible for managing and performing all necessary services, including labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision. The period of performance will be from 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, with two option years and a six-month option to extend. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform the grounds maintenance services. • The contractor must comply with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the services. • The contractor must submit offers directly through the PIEE Solicitation Module.
