Medical Equipment and Supplies for Lincoln Fire & Rescue

The City of Lincoln, Lincoln Fire & Rescue Department is seeking bids for the annual supply of medical equipment and supplies. The contract term is for one year with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The department intends to contract with more than one vendor, and orders will be placed on an as-needed basis, mostly weekly. The contract administrator is Jamie Pospisil. • The contract requires pricing to be FOB destination, and deliveries shall be made to Lincoln Fire Rescue at 901 West Bond Street, Lincoln, NE 68521, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. • Bidders shall submit bid documents and supporting material via e-bid, and all inquiries shall be directed to Sharon Mulder, Asst. Purchasing Agent, via email or faxed written request. • The award determination will be made based on pricing, the bidder's ability to meet the requirements, and other factors outlined in the "Instructions to Bidders" attachment.
