The City of Salina is seeking contractors to paint its overpass bridge, including concrete decks, bridge fencing, and all associated light‑fixture housings. The scope requires the application of a Tnemec coating system (primer, intermediate, and finish coats) to concrete surfaces, limited surface‑preparation of woven‑wire mesh, touch‑up painting of fence poles, and repainting of 46 powder‑coated aluminum light poles. Work must be coordinated with two railroad owners (Union Pacific and Kansas & Oklahoma) and includes flagging services, a CROE fee, and strict containment requirements for any abrasive blasting over the tracks.
