Pesticide Bids 2026

The City of Hays is requesting bids for various pesticides. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. local time, December 16, 2025. The successful bidder will provide pesticides to the City of Hays in accordance with the terms of the Request for Bid (RFB). The bidder will provide products only upon the issuance and acceptance of a purchase order. The City of Hays is tax exempt. Bids will be awarded on a per item basis. • The City of Hays reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part of any bids. • The bidder shall accept all valid purchase orders. • Payment for products will occur after they have been received by the City of Hays and upon receipt of invoice from the bidder. • All chemicals must be delivered on or before March 1, 2026. • No substitutions will be accepted unless the item is 100% equivalent to the item being requested.
