Term Contract to Provide Portable Sanitation Units and Related Service

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a term contract to provide portable sanitation units and related services for the Docks & Harbors department. The contract will be in effect from the date of contract award through June 30, 2027, with an automatic annual renewal period for four additional years. The contractor must provide portable sanitation units that meet or exceed American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and National Industry Standards. The scope of work includes providing a service schedule for all units, with a minimum of once a week, and responding to special events and emergency situations. • The contractor must provide ADA-compliant units and be able to supply proof of compliance if requested. • The contractor must maintain any licenses and permits required in the performance of this contract and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. • The contractor must provide certification of proper insurance coverage or binder to the City and Borough of Juneau prior to the award of the contract. • The contractor must provide a list of all chemicals used for unit services, along with corresponding SDS sheets. • The contractor must provide a service schedule for all units listed, including pump-outs, cleaning, and restocking of supplies.
