Description
The Federal Detention Center (FDC) SeaTac is seeking a contractor to provide weekly dairy, bread, and egg items. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling. The contract will be for a period of 92 days, from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
• The contractor must deliver the items to the FDC SeaTac facility on a weekly basis, between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for each item, including shipping and freight charges.
• The government reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience or default.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling.
