The City of Columbus, City Attorney’s Office (CAO), is seeking qualified vendors to provide professional foreign language and American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services. These services include telephonic, video remote, and limited in-person interpretation, as well as document translation, transcription, and related language access services on an as-needed basis. The initial contract term will be March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. Services will primarily be required Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET, and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ET. Key requirements include: • Providing simultaneous and consecutive interpretation suitable for call center operations • Capability to provide services on an as-needed basis • Submission of a completed price sheet with the bid response • Initial contract amount of $10,000 (USD)
