USDA-NASS Courier Services

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS), National Operations Division (NOD) Print Mail Center (PMC) requires contractual courier service to pick up printed materials processed for outbound mail at their location and deliver to the U.S. Post Office. The contract will have a base period of one year and four one-year option periods. The total duration of the contract will not exceed five years. • The contractor must provide pricing for all items, including any discounts for prompt payment. • The contractor's quotation will be evaluated based on the lowest price technically acceptable criteria. • The contractor must provide a detailed explanation of their ability to perform the required services and meet all requirements. • The contractor must provide information about their past performance, including any relevant experience and references.
