FLOORING SERVICES, PRE-QUALIFICATION OF VENDORS

The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide flooring services on a term contract basis. The contract will be for a term of one year with the option to renew for up to four additional years. Vendors must submit their pre-qualification responses on the provided response form, and all responses must be signed by an agent of the company having authority to bind the company or firm. The pre-qualification process will evaluate the vendor's experience, qualifications, and ability to provide the required services. • The scope of work includes providing flooring services, including installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of flooring. • Vendors must have a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades to receive a local preference. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that is deemed most qualified and responsive to the county's needs. • The county reserves the right to reject any or all pre-qualification responses and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the pre-qualification process.
