Description
The National Institute on Aging (NIA) will issue a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for a single U24 cooperative agreement to continue and expand the Exceptional Longevity Data Management and Coordinating Center (EL DMCC). The Center serves as the hub for NIA’s longevity research, providing data harmonization, AI/ML infrastructure, the ELITE portal, and cross‑cohort collaboration support. The award will fund enhancements to data integration, multi‑omics methods, AI/ML capabilities, translational resource development, portal improvements, and community‑engagement activities.
• Scope: data management, integration, and harmonization across large human and animal longevity cohorts.
• Deliverables: upgraded ELITE portal, expanded AI/ML tools, new multi‑omics standards, target‑nomination resources, training workshops, and sustained data‑sharing services.
