Accounting Services for Conway A&P Commission

The City of Conway is seeking proposals from qualified CPA firms to manage its monthly financial operations, reporting, tax collection administration, audit coordination, and related accounting services under an annual contract. The selected contractor will be responsible for attending monthly A&P meetings, preparing and presenting monthly financials, managing A&P Commission owned bank accounts, ensuring the A&P Commission is receiving the best C.D. rate possible, and providing bookkeeping and accounting services. The contractor will also be responsible for selecting a secondary firm to provide an audit every year and providing all necessary documentation to comply with the audit.
