Family Fun Day 2026

The City of Newark is seeking a vendor to provide a facility to accommodate up to 3,000 patrons for Family Fun Day on July 18, 2026. The facility must be within 50 miles of Newark and have at least 50 acres of land. The vendor must provide various activities and amenities, including food, beverages, carnival games, aquatic facilities, and shuttle services for senior citizens. The contract will commence upon authorization and terminate on July 18, 2026. Some key requirements include: • A 4.5-hour "all you can eat" buffet with non-alcoholic beverages and desserts • Easy access parking adjacent to the facility at no extra cost • Amenities such as carnival games, indoor/outdoor aquatic facilities, laser tag, zip lining, and more • Accommodations for senior citizens, including separate food setup, music, and shuttle services The City of Newark does not guarantee the final number of attendees, and pricing must be inclusive of all costs for the entire event.
