Demolition and Site Stabilization of Two City-Owned Properties Project

The City of Palm Desert is seeking a qualified, licensed contractor to demolish existing structures, abate hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mold), remove debris, and stabilize two vacant parcels (44911 Cabrillo Ave. and 44845 San Clemente Circle). Work includes all labor, equipment, permits, utility coordination, grading, back‑filling, and site protection. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder and requires performance and payment bonds equal to 100 % of the contract price, as well as compliance with prevailing‑wage, CARB emissions, and California DIR registration requirements. The project must be completed within 60 days of the notice to proceed.
