Custodial Services at Altus AFB

The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of Custodial services at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. The contractor will provide cleaning services for facilities including flooring care, restroom cleaning, and periodic cleaning tasks to maintain satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Specific cleaning is required by regulation and to retain accreditation for the Fitness Center, Youth Center, and Child Development Center (CDC). • The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with options for four additional 12-month periods. • The contractor will be required to provide all management, supervision, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, paper products, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, labor, and environmental protection. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and a payment bond. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
