Description
The Little River Water Association seeks qualified engineering firms to design and construct improvements to its water infrastructure, including meter replacement, distribution system upgrades, and treatment facility renovations. The project will be funded in part by a grant/loan from the Arkansas Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Division. Interested firms must obtain the RFQ package and submit qualifications by the specified deadline.
• Scope includes design of water service meter replacements, distribution upgrades, and treatment plant renovations.
• Funding includes state grant/loan and potential other sources.
• Submissions must be delivered to the Association by August 17, 2026, 10 a.m.
