AFROTC Marketing Items

The United States Air Force is seeking sources for a wide variety of marketing items for detachment-specific and AFROTC-specific recruiting efforts. The items include pens, stress balls, signs, banners, stickers, bags, T-shirts, Polo shirts, caps, sunglasses, water bottles, cups/tumblers, travel mugs, and more. The contractor must be able to provide a wide variety of tailored marketing items labeled with AFROTC and Detachment logos, contact information, and other information as requested. The items will be shipped to the AFROTC Detachment or Region requesting the item, and vendors may be required to install or provide training for certain items. • The contractor must provide brand new items, as refurbished items are not authorized. • The contractor must provide any Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard commercial warranty applicable to the products being purchased at no additional cost to the Government. • The contractor must provide written procedures, points of contact within the company, and required information for all warranty services prior to project acceptance.
