RFQ205-21 On-Call Videographer

Clackamas County is seeking a professional videographer and editor to produce videos for #ClackCo TV. The scope of services includes all phases of video production, from script and project development to camera and audio equipment operation, interviewing, editing, animation, on-air hosting, live production switching, and voiceover. The contract will commence on July 1, 2025, and continue through June 30, 2028. Quoters must have experience with non-linear professional editing equipment and strong camera work, lighting, and audio skills. • Experience with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects software • Independent project management abilities and scriptwriting are essential • Strong camera work, lighting, and audio skills required • Ability to work on a team and manage a crew of 3 or more • Ability to provide professional voiceover for edited productions The county reserves the right to reject any and all quotes for any reason, including a Quoter's failure to constitute as a responsible bidder.
