S209--Linen/Laundry Services - Cincinnati VA Medical Center

The Department of Veterans Affairs is amending its existing indefinite‑quantity Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for comprehensive linen supply and laundry processing services at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center (CVAMC) and associated outpatient sites. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, transportation, and supplies to pick up soiled linen, process it (wash, dry, iron, fold, package), and deliver clean linen on a six‑day work week. Services include handling specialty items (gowns, uniforms, patient clothing, mops, microfiber cloths, slings), maintaining on‑site and off‑site PAR inventory levels, complying with infection‑control standards (OSHA, CDC, JCAHO), and supporting emergency/contingency operations. The contract is structured as a series of ordering periods: Base (10/1/2026‑3/31/2027) plus four one‑year extensions through 3/31/2031, with a total estimated value potentially exceeding $10 M. The VA may add or delete locations, and the ceiling can increase up to 20 % of the base award.
