SAFETY SHOE FOOTWEAR

The Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking a vendor to provide safety shoe footwear services for its employees. The vendor will provide ASTM F2413 compliant safety toe footwear and dispensing services on the Fermilab site. The contract will include a base year and one option year. The vendor will be required to provide an adequate number of personnel to provide continuous service coverage for the entire eight-hour period. Some key points to consider: • The vendor must provide medically prescribed corrections and occupationally required options for ASTM F2413 compliant footwear. • The vendor will be required to dispense footwear on every other Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. • The vendor must provide a firm fixed price for the services. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest evaluated price and technical acceptability.
