Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Potable Water Delivery Services – WFO Gray, ME

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide potable water delivery services to the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Gray, Maine. The contractor will be responsible for purchasing and delivering potable water to fill a 10,000-gallon underground water tank on an as-needed basis. The contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. The contractor must meet Maine state drinking water standards and be able to deliver water within seven calendar days of being called. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for purchasing and delivering potable water. • The contractor must meet Maine state drinking water standards. • The contractor must be able to deliver water within seven calendar days of being called. • The contract will have a one-year base period with four one-year option periods. • The estimated usage would require the tank to be filled approximately every 100 days.
