Direct Procurement Method (DPM) personal property shipments in the state of Hawaii

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor, Regional Contracting Office is seeking potential sources for a contract to provide packing, containerization, and local drayage services for personal property shipments in the state of Hawaii. The contract is expected to include one 12-month base period and four 12-month option years, with the possibility of extending services for up to six months. The services will include pre-move surveys, weighing, preparation, packing, loading, and containerization, as well as storage, unpacking, and providing documentation and reports. * The contract will be for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DoD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services. * The contractor will be required to furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services, and materials for the preparation of personal property. * The contract will include three schedules: Outbound Services, Inbound Services, and Intra-City and Intra-Area Moves. * The Government is not soliciting offers currently and will not reimburse interested parties for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice.
