CITY OF KENNEWICK COLUMBIA PARK FOOD CONCESSIONS 2026

The City of Kennewick is seeking proposals for the furnishing of all staffing, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide food/non-alcoholic beverage "self-contained" concession at the east end of Columbia Park. The concession will operate from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The City is looking for a vendor who can provide high-quality and dependable concession services. The proposal should include information about the vendor's experience, menu and pricing, operating schedule, and equipment. • The concession will be located at the east end of Columbia Park in the parking lot west of the Playground of Dreams. • The concession must be self-contained and provided by the concessionaire. • Electrical power is available. • The concession can operate seven days per week from 9:00 a.m. to dusk. • The City is expecting around 1,700,000 annual visitors and over 70 events take place at the east end of Columbia Park during the summer months.
