Refugee Processing Services

The U.S. Embassy Pretoria and the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) are seeking a contractor to provide refugee processing services. The contractor will serve as a referral organization and communications support to PRM in engaging applicants and potential applicants in support of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP). The services include referring eligible applicants, providing public communications support, and conducting culturally sensitive outreach. • Referring eligible applicants into the USRAP in accordance with referral guidelines and program criteria • Providing public communications support under PRM guidance to ensure potential refugees understand USRAP processing steps and requirements • Conducting culturally sensitive outreach, cultural training, and community engagement under PRM guidance in support of the USRAP
