The State of South Carolina is establishing a statewide term contract for the supply of new, unused traffic‑control devices and accessories to be used by SCDOT and other state agencies. Vendors must submit catalog‑based pricing expressed as a discount off the manufacturer’s list price, meet minimum discount thresholds for each product lot, and comply with MUTCD, OSHA, SCDOT, and UL specifications. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year initial term with up to four optional one‑year renewals, and includes a 1 % administrative services fee on total sales. • 15 product lots (A‑O) covering trailers, barricades, attenuators, cones, drums, work‑zone lighting, utility accessories, pavement markers, safety accessories, parking accessories, cable & wire, signal hardware, controllers, LED modules, and signs. • Minimum discount requirements range from 15 % to 20 % off the current catalog price, with vendors required to submit a complete Excel pricing matrix (Attachment A). • Delivery must be FOB Destination within 30 days of purchase order; all items must be new, commercially‑available, and meet SCDOT‑specific QPL specifications. • The contract carries a 1 % administrative services fee, quarterly reporting obligations, and allows the State to request a price match if a lower price is found elsewhere.
