The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is issuing a competitive sealed‑bid solicitation for the Pedestrian Improvements Project, a 1.393‑mile stretch of roadway enhancements that includes clearing and grubbing, grading, curb & gutter, sidewalks, concrete work, drainage, signing, and pavement markings.
