The Navy is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to design, fabricate, and deliver MK 62 Mod 1 A cable assemblies for the ADCAP torpedo program, including first‑article testing (FAT) and production‑lot test samples with destructive testing, quality‑assurance reporting, and compliance with MIL‑STD and ISO‑9001 standards. The award will cover multiple line items ranging from two FAT units to production lots of 100‑125 units each, with an optional increase up to 120 % of the base quantity. The contractor must submit a test‑plan within 60 days of award and deliver test samples according to strict schedule windows (e.g., 360 days for FAT).
