Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements - Liberty, KS

This municipal project calls for comprehensive rehabilitation of Liberty’s sanitary sewer collection system. The scope includes installing approximately 12,012 linear feet of 8‑inch Cured‑In‑Place Pipe (CIPP) with pre‑ and post‑construction televising, point repairs, removal and replacement of existing sewer mains, and reinstatement of active service laterals. Additional work involves constructing one new concrete manhole, rehabilitating and lining 82 existing manholes with cementitious material, installing three concrete collars, providing concrete encasement, and delivering a portable pump for the job. Bids are to be submitted as a single prime contract on a lump‑sum and unit‑price basis.
