FOOD SERVICE AT MULLIGAN’S GRILL, GOLF COURSE TINKER AFB, OKLAHOMA

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide food services at Mulligan's Grill, Golf Course Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, personnel, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform an integrated system for the management and delivery of food services. The contract will be for a term of 1 year with 1-year extensions not to exceed 5 years. The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive health and sanitation plan, maintain a quality assurance plan, and ensure that all employees have industry-acceptable food handler's certificates. • The contractor will be responsible for operating the golf course grill dining area, which seats approximately 100 people. • The contractor will be responsible for providing food services, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as catering services for golf tournaments and other events. • The contractor will be required to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the kitchen, stockrooms, and outdoor patio areas. • The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all employees comply with instructions pertaining to conduct and building regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of equipment and small-wares that they propose to furnish, as well as a comprehensive inventory of all contractor-furnished equipment.
