Cleaning Services

The Ramapo College of New Jersey is seeking sealed proposals for cleaning services. The successful bidder will be required to be registered with the New Jersey Division of Revenue and comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The bid documents are available on the Ramapo College Purchasing website, and proposals must be made on the provided forms and submitted in sealed envelopes. • The bid opening date is Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. local time. • A pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. • The successful bidder will be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. • The Board of Trustees of Ramapo College reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all bids.
