Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The estimated budget for this opportunity is between $500,000 and $2,000,000. This estimate is based on the district's requirement for a comprehensive wireless voice communication system, including wearable technology, infrastructure, accessories, and training. The cost of such a system can vary widely depending on the specific requirements and the number of users. However, as a rough estimate, a system with 2,310 users (20% with advanced features and 80% with standard devices) could cost between $200 and $1,000 per user, resulting in a total cost of $462,000 to $2,310,000. Additionally, the cost of infrastructure, accessories, and training could add hundreds of thousands of dollars to the total cost.
