RFP 2027-0500-0008 Graphic Design and Content Development Services

The Alaska Department of Education and Early Development is seeking a qualified contractor to provide graphic design and content development services to support the creation of high-quality materials for a wide range of stakeholders. The contractor will provide these services to support the Department’s communication and reporting needs. The scope of work includes developing visually engaging and professionally formatted materials, supporting writing, editing, and formatting of content, and ensuring materials are aligned with Department branding, formatting standards, and accessibility expectations. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with three optional renewals. The total budget for the project is up to $120,000. • The contractor will provide graphic design and content development services to support the Department’s communication and reporting needs. • The contractor will develop visually engaging and professionally formatted materials, including reports, presentation decks, infographics, and stakeholder communication materials. • The contractor will support writing, editing, and formatting of content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. • The contractor will ensure materials are aligned with Department branding, formatting standards, and accessibility expectations. • The contractor will revise and refine materials based on Department feedback.
