Request for Proposals - Kenai Mental Health Services Related to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency

The City of Kenai is seeking a qualified contractor to provide up to six mental‑health counseling sessions per eligible resident in response to the COVID‑19 public‑health emergency. Services may be delivered in‑person, by phone, or online, and the contractor will be reimbursed on an hourly basis for out‑of‑pocket costs not covered by insurance.
