HYDRAULIC CYLINDER REBUILD BENCH

The United States Air Force is seeking a Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench, which is a tool used to repair hydraulic cylinders found on various vehicles and heavy equipment. The bench should meet or exceed the specified characteristics, including a 20-foot table with 2 oil trays, a push/pull cylinder, and various accessories. The contractor shall provide the bench with all needed peripherals, accessories, and selected upgrades packaged in a durable cardboard box. The item should be shipped free of all defects and within 30 days after contract award. • The Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Bench should have a Power Unit & 3000 PSI Test Stand. • The bench should have a 20-foot table with 2 oil trays. • The contractor should provide a push/pull cylinder and a Torque Head HTW50 with all seven attachments. • The item should include 12 Hex Plates (80mm-170mm) and one Hex plate 1.5” Socket-9”x9”x1” thick plate. • The contractor should provide a Front Eye Holder, Back Eye Holder, Gland Wrench Set, and 2 Heavy Duty 2.27-Ton Lifting jacks. • The item should be shipped with 2 Heavy Duty Chain Vises and a Puss/oull Plate.
