Professional Development Training Services

New Hampshire is seeking a statewide, non‑exclusive, five‑year “Not‑to‑Exceed” contract to provide a broad catalog of professional development training classes, certification programs, and organizational‑development consulting services. Vendors may propose individual classes, bundled programs, and hourly consulting, delivering them in‑person, live‑online (Microsoft Teams) or fully online (Moodle). Pricing must be fixed per class/program or hourly, fully loaded to include travel, and submitted for each of the five contract years. The State will evaluate technical qualifications (60% of total score) and price (40%). • Required services include business‑software training (Microsoft Suite), Lean/Six Sigma, project‑management (PMP, Agile), Google certification preparation, and other executive‑leadership topics. • Consulting services cover instructional design (ADDIE), e‑learning development, leadership coaching, strategic planning, metrics consulting, and Lean consulting. • Vendors must submit completed Excel “Offer Sheets” for in‑person and virtual delivery, provide instructor qualifications, and agree to State ownership of any materials developed under the contract.
