L3Harris is conducting market research and identifying prospective subcontractors in support of a potential response to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation solicitation for a statewide Land Mobile Radio System and Backhaul Network. The procurement generally includes the design, installation, integration, testing, cutover, maintenance, and support of a new statewide P25 VHF trunked radio system, dispatch console solution, backhaul network, civil/site improvements, and associated acceptance testing across New York State. The service area includes all DEC regions and a mix of regional dispatch locations, remote tower sites, high-activity coverage areas, and environmentally sensitive locations.
