Laundry Chemical Supplies and Maintenance

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, is seeking a contractor to provide laundry chemical supplies and maintenance for the C.W. Bill Young VAMC in Bay Pines, FL. The contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed price (FFP) Base plus 4 option periods, with a period of performance from 10/27/2025 to 10/26/2030. The contractor will be responsible for providing all chemicals and equipment, as well as furnishing, installation, and maintenance of the system. The contractor will also be required to provide documentation of all chemical formulas and to maintain a modern chemical delivery system. The key responsibilities of the contractor include: * Providing all chemicals and equipment * Furnishing, installation, and maintenance of the system * Providing documentation of all chemical formulas * Maintaining a modern chemical delivery system * Providing training to government personnel on the operation and care of the equipment * Performing quarterly USP 62 and Rodac plate testing to ensure that processed goods are free of pathogens and bacteria.
