Bond Underwriting Services

The North Little Rock Wastewater Treatment Committee is seeking proposals from qualified investment banking firms to provide bond underwriting services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing bond underwriting services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The proposal process will be conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. • The committee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and award the contract to the firm that offers the best proposal. • The deadline for submission of questions is May 28, 2025, and proposals must be received by 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time on June 3, 2025. • The committee is seeking a firm that can provide bond underwriting services that are in the best interest of the committee.
