The City of Toledo is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, web‑based Fire Prevention Inspection Software solution. The contract includes software licensing, configuration, implementation, data migration, training, ongoing hosting, maintenance, technical support, and third‑party inspection‑testing‑maintenance (ITM) report review services. The vendor must deliver a fully integrated platform that supports premise management, inspections, deficiencies, billing, permits, fire‑watch, GIS mapping, communications, analytics, and must ensure all City data remains the City’s property. The solution must meet living‑wage and EEO requirements and be delivered within a one‑year base term with the option for up to three one‑year renewals. • Provide a unified, cloud‑hosted system covering inspections, permits, billing, fire‑watch, GIS mapping, and reporting. • Migrate ~22,000 historical records (six‑year history) and integrate with existing City systems (OnBase optional, payment processor, ArcGIS). • Deliver implementation, training, and ongoing support, meeting the City’s living‑wage, insurance, and compliance standards.
