The Ohio Department of Development, Office of TourismOhio, is seeking a reliable vendor to provide storage and distribution of Ohio tourism-related brochures in designated Tourism Information Centers (TICs) across the state. The contract will be for 18 months, from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining a warehouse, delivering and stocking brochures, generating quarterly reports, and ensuring that display racks are clean and attractive. Key requirements include experience in similar types of warehousing and brochure distribution, the ability to deliver and stock publications on a weekly/bi-weekly schedule, and a system for generating required reports. • The vendor must have experience in conducting similar types of warehousing and brochure distribution. • The vendor must provide rates and a service structure with a range of cost-effective options for various budgets and marketing needs. • The vendor must maintain a warehouse where visitor destination marketers/advertisers can ship or deliver marketing literature for distribution. • The vendor must ensure that display racks are clean and displayed in an attractive manner. • The vendor must provide brochure distribution services for TourismOhio literature, Ohio Department of Transportation state maps, Ohio Department of Natural Resources State Park brochures, and the Ohio-250 literature, free of charge.
