The Georgia State Financing and Investment Commission (GSFIC), on behalf of the Technical College System of Georgia, is seeking qualified contractors to construct a new classroom facility for the Lanier Technical College Commercial Truck Driving Center at the existing driving range in Gainesville, GA. The scope includes site work, building construction, interior finishes, mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, and related specialty trades. Bids must be submitted electronically via e‑Builder; a mandatory pre‑bid conference and site tour will be held on November 10, 2026. All questions must be submitted by November 19, 2026.
